Shipping & Returns
We ship anywhere in Canada & the USA via Canada Post. We are not responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply on your order. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier. We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address.
We try our best to ensure products are of the highest quality and get from our family to yours as promptly as possible. If you find that your product is faulty in any way, please contact us directly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
RETURNS - We are happy to provide a refund for unused items in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not included. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Inflatable cushion inserts cannot be returned.
EXCHANGES - In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item and any difference in pricing. Please be sure to include a note with your name, order number and what item you would like instead. You will receive a payment request from us if there are additional charges.Please contact us on our contact us page and we will ensure you are happy with your final product.
